Our backward high-flow-rate industrial centrifugal fan is engineered for applications requiring substantial air volume with exceptional energy efficiency. The backward-curved blade design delivers non-overloading power characteristics, stable performance across a wide operating range, and significant energy savings compared to conventional fan types. Precision-dynamically balanced impellers and aerodynamically optimized housings ensure smooth, low-vibration operation with reduced noise levels.
Constructed from heavy-duty materials with robust structural support, this fan provides long-term reliability in continuous industrial environments. Ideal for large-scale ventilation systems, factory air circulation, process air supply, drying applications, and exhaust systems where high airflow capacity and operational efficiency are critical.
Available in multiple sizes with customizable configurations including direct-drive or belt-drive options, various material grades (carbon steel, stainless steel), and inlet/outlet orientations to meet specific installation requirements.
Product Features
- Capable of outputting higher outlet pressure while providing more gas flow with lower noise. Stable operation at higher media temperatures.
- Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different pulley diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and reduce energy waste.
- Motor sliding guides provided for easy tensioning of the belt to reduce energy loss due to belt slack.
- Bearing housing reserved for temperature and vibration sensor mounting positions for convenient installation of fan operation monitoring devices.
- Uses liquid lubricant - no need to open bearing housing to replace and fill oil. Bearing housing includes observation window for easy monitoring of lubricating oil quality and level.
- Bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal with unique leak-proof oil design, top vent hole, and joint sealant, completely eliminating oil leakage possibility.
- Impeller is annealed to completely eliminate internal stress generated during welding, ensuring impeller does not undergo creep and cracks.
